HEDO attented the 13th IFNGO ASEAN Workshop

HEDO delegation leaded by Prof. Trinh Ngoc Trinh went to Malaysia to attend the 13th IFNGO ASEAN Workshop in Langkawi Island, Malaysia from 2 to 4 December, 2003 including leaders of Hoa Binh and Ha Giang Education Service. On the first day, Prof. Trinh Ngoc Trinh had a speech of trade and using drug situation in Vietnam. The speech impressed in great successful result of Vietnam Government specially HEDO in prevention drug and using drug in Vietnam.

During the workshop, Prof. Trinh gave solutions and news ideas in prevention drug, which are using in Vietnam. After leaving the workshop, HEDO delegation came back Kuala Lumpur to meeting with Malaysian Education Ministry, Sedaya International University and Nilai College on December 5, 2003. On Dec. 9, 2003 The delegation came Thailand to work with Population Development Center (PDA) and come back Vietnam on Dec 11, 2003 finishing the successful visit.
